Dr. Dennstedt provides individual counselling to help individuals overcome personal challenges, improve mental health and wellbeing, and build resilience. She uses evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Couples Counselling

Dr. Dennstedt provides couples counselling to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. She uses evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each couple.

Psilocybin-  Assisted Psychotherapy

Psilocybin-access through health Canada’s Special Access Program approved for: treatment refractory depression and for End of Life Distress. If you have been diagnosed with TRD and have had 3 or more failed antidepressant trials (ie. ECT, anti depressants, ketamine therapy ) you may be eligible.

Dr. Dennstedt takes a client-centered approach to counselling, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual, couple or family. She work from a narrative informed approach and Christine encourages people to develop new and more positive stories of themselves, their relationships and the struggles they face.

About Dr. Dennstedt

Dr. Christine Dennstedt, PhD., M.A., is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience working as an individual and family therapist. She has worked and taught in a variety of settings, including private practice, university counselling centres, and community mental health clinics. She is a therapist, instructor, and presenter, and is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families findfreedeom from the problems they are grappling with.
